Job summary

Taiace Energy Services Sdn Bhd (TESSB) is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduate) to join our growing team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. You will support site works, project coordination, installation monitoring, and technical documentation across various projects.

The role offers exposure to electrical engineering activities, collaboration with senior engineers, contractors, and internal teams, and opportunities to develop hands-on skills on site and in office environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, engineering drawings and electrical calculations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and gain hands‑on exposure in both office and site environments.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Good problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently with guidance.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting site surveys, site inspections and technical assessments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating electrical and engineering works for ongoing projects.
• Monitor installation works, contractors and site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including site reports, progress reports, inspection records, technical submissions and testing and commissioning records.
• Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing basic BOQ, material requirements and technical calculations.
