Job summary

HID Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Planner in Malaysia (Johor) to plan and coordinate production schedules in line with demand. You’ll work with management to ensure timely outputs and maintain master schedules, while supporting data analysis and reporting using MS Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; other languages a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical journals and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist planners with scheduling and data analysis.
• Track production progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Prepare reports and communicate shipment progress.
• Coordinate with planners for materials requirements.
• Maintain master schedule and update as needed.
• Ensure environmental and safety procedures are followed.
