Qualifications

• 1–4 years of product design experience with a clear portfolio showing process and thinking
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative data-informed design
• Strong documentation habits using tools like Notion or Confluence
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Clear communication skills and confidence in presenting design decisions
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments alongside engineers and product managers
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Responsibilities

• Own or support end-to-end UI/UX design work from wireframes to high-fidelity deliverables
• Build and iterate on prototypes to explore ideas and gather feedback
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and customer interviews to inform decisions
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency across products
• Document design decisions clearly for engineers and stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and senior designers to ship thoughtful solutions
• Translate market needs and revenue opportunities into design directions
