Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers within the F&B industry, including restaurants, cafés, hotels, caterers and food businesses.
• Conduct cold-calling, cold outreach and walk-in visits to restaurants and potential customers.
• Identify and approach new business opportunities within assigned areas.
• Introduce and promote our range of food ingredients and specialty products to chefs, restaurant owners, purchasing managers and other decision-makers.
• Arrange appointments, product presentations and samples with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual sales and new-customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products and customer feedback.
