Job summary

Emits Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Injection Molding Operator to support the plastics molding line. You will participate in setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while coordinating with production and engineering to ensure timely, quality components.

The role requires good analytical and problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Training is provided; insurance and canteen facilities are offered.

Qualifications

• SPM or Professional Certificate (SKM) or 2+ years in the related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work rotating shifts (weekly basis).
• Good analytical and problem–solving skills; able to take initiative on injection molding projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastics injection molding processes, including setup, teardown, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and Engineering to ensure molded components meet requirements and adjust as needed.
• Provide technical support to minimize machine downtime and meet schedules.
• Manage raw molding materials to ensure traceability and prevent contamination.
• Document molding runs to enable traceability and reproducibility where required.

Job description

Responsible for Plastics injection molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.

Working with production personnel and Engineering to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustments as required.

Provide technical support to meet machine downtime requirement.

Providing molded components in a timely manner in order to ensure production and Engineering schedules are met.

Managing raw molding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination.

May involved in generating documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility for Senior level and above.

Following established procedures in order to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Other assignments as requested.

Requirements

SPM or with Professional Certificate (SKM), or At least 2 years above of working experience in the related field or Fresh graduate are welcome

Willing to work shift (rotating in weekly basis)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Candidate must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing injection molding projects.
