SMARTMONETA TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join its growing technology team in Kuala Lumpur. The role covers development, maintenance, and improvement of web applications, with emphasis on clean code and collaboration.

Ideal candidates are juniors to mid-level with knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, and SQL. You will participate in design, reviews, and client-facing projects while growing technical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of software development experience are welcome.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using MVC architecture.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code with C# and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Work with MS SQL Server for database design, queries, and optimization.
• Use Git for version control and maintain documentation.
• Support ongoing system improvements and assist clients or internal teams.
