Job summary

Prospect Trading Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a marketing assistant to plan and execute campaigns, manage social media, and create content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

You will support campaigns, design materials, and monitor trends while coordinating with designers and external partners to boost brand reach. The role suits fresh graduates with a marketing-related degree, strong communication skills, and a proactive, creative mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in creating social media content, including posts, videos, captions and promotional materials.
• Support daily content creation and ensure marketing materials are prepared according to the campaign schedule.
• Assist in organizing company events, promotions, roadshows and other marketing activities.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor competitors, trends and customer preferences.
• Assist in coordinating with designers, influencers, vendors and external marketing partners.
• Support online marketing activities, including social media campaigns and digital promotions.
• Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Assist the Marketing team in developing creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Ensure all marketing content follows the company’s branding and guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of marketing materials, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the Marketing Department.
