Job summary

The Soybean Factory 豆香 is seeking a creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing F&B brand in Malaysia. You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and support outlet promotions to boost brand awareness and sales.

You will work with influencers, photographers, designers, and internal teams to launch campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure activities align with our brand identity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).
• Creative and proactive with content ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The Soybean Factory 豆香 is a growing F&B brand specialising in soybean based products and traditional-inspired desserts. As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for a creative and proactive Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and help strengthen our brand presence across digital and offline channels.

About the role

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, supporting outlet promotions, and working with internal and external partners to drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans, content calendars, and campaigns in line with company objectives.
• Plan and coordinate engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu, including videos, Reels, photos, captions, and promotional materials.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and recommend improvements based on results and market trends.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, outlet activities, and marketing events.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs/KOCs, photographers, videographers, designers, and other external partners for marketing projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and F&B industry trend research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with outlet and operations teams to ensure marketing campaigns and promotions are implemented effectively.
• Ensure all marketing content and activities are aligned with the company's brand identity and communication standards.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh content and campaign ideas.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage.
