Job summary

The Soybean Factory 豆香 is seeking a creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing F&B brand in Malaysia. You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media content, and support outlet promotions to boost brand awareness and sales.

You will work with influencers, photographers, designers, and internal teams to launch campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure activities align with our brand identity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).
• Creative and proactive with content ideas.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans and campaigns.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu.
• Manage day-to-day marketing activities and timelines.
• Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns and budgets.
• Analyse metrics and adjust campaigns based on trends.
• Support product launches, promotions, and events.
• Coordinate with influencers and external partners.
• Conduct market and F&B trend research.
• Collaborate with outlets and operations to ensure execution.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and standards.
