Malaysian Bar’s Disputes & Advisory Group invites applications from aspiring pupil lawyers. The role covers disputes and advisory services across civil, corporate, commercial, and employment work, with opportunities to engage in court and arbitration settings for a corporate clientele both domestically and cross border.

Candidates should bring a proactive attitude, good communication and computer skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

We are growing our Disputes & Advisory Group. The candidates will have a spread of responsibility which covers disputes and advisory services. Our dispute practice covers civil, corporate, commercial and employment at the courts and at arbitration. Advisory services covers the breadth of contract law, transactional and M&A work. The function caters for a corporate clientele both domestically and cross border.

2) PUPILS

Candidates will assist the Partners and Senior Associates in the abovementioned work scope.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates who possess the right attitude, temperament with good computer skills, communication skills, work discipline and ability to work in a fast paced work environment are welcomed to apply.

Remuneration will commensurate with qualifications, skills and work experience.
