Job summary

Vision Technology Consulting is seeking a fresh graduate IT Consultant in Malaysia. The role involves assisting the team to gather client requirements, configuring and customizing software, and participating in the full SDLC from design to deployment.

You will support testing, documentation, and user training while providing end-user assistance during project implementation. The position offers mentorship and opportunities to pursue field certifications after joining.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team-based environment.
Willing to learn and grow in the role.
Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft, WSO2, Teradata, Informatica and/or Pega is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support team lead when meeting with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements.
Perform software/system configuration and customization.
Participate in the full SDLC cycle, including system design, development, testing, training and documentation.
Perform software/system configuration and customization.

Provide operational support, enhancements and bug fixes as needed.
