Job summary

Lancesoft APAC is seeking a Junior Investment & Wealth Developer to support the Investment & Wealth platform within a Core Banking environment in Malaysia. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application development with a strong foundation in .NET and SQL.

You will work on developing, releasing, and QA-ing enhancements, coordinating with business users and technical teams, and ensuring the stability and performance of investment and wealth management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of application development experience in banking/financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Silverlake Investments & Wealth (mandatory).
• Proficiency in .NET development and MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications for the Investment & Wealth platform using .NET.
• Perform database development, optimization, and troubleshooting with MS SQL Server.
• Support Release Management activities, including deployment planning and implementation.
• Participate in QA activities, including testing and defect resolution for enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users and technical stakeholders to deliver system improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure system availability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system changes and releases.
• Adhere to development standards, security policies, and best practices.
