Job summary

PRO ART MANAGEMENT is seeking a Junior Interior Designer in Malaysia to contribute to interior design, renovation and fit-out projects, especially for retail and F&B spaces.

You will assist with concept development, space planning, 2D/3D drawings, and mood boards under the guidance of senior designers, gaining hands-on experience on-site.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome for interior design roles.
• Diploma holders with 0–3 years of experience encouraged.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required or demonstrated ability to produce 2D drawings.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling tools (3D Max, SketchUp) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts and space planning based on project requirements.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings and technical drawings for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Develop 3D models, perspectives and visualisations to communicate design ideas.
• Assist Senior Interior Designer / Project Team in preparing design presentations, material selections and mood boards.

At Pro Art Management, we are looking for a Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team and be involved in exciting Interior Design, Renovation & Fit-Out projects, particularly for retail and F&B spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, layouts and space planning based on project requirements.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings and technical drawings for interior design and fit-out projects.

What We’re Looking For?

Education

Degree fresh graduates in Interior Design, Architecture or related programmes are welcome.

Diploma holders in Interior Design, Architecture or related programmes with 0–3 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

Familiar with AutoCAD and able to produce 2D drawings.

Familiar with at least some of the following:

• 3D Max
• SketchUp
• Photoshop
• Illustrator

Have a basic to intermediate understanding of 2D & 3D drawing and visualisation.

Understanding of interior detailing, materials, construction or fit-out works will be an added advantage.
