You will manage leads, handle quotes, process orders, and work to hit monthly targets, all in a collaborative office environment.

Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with basic computer skills and a confident phone presence, you'll contribute to customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Sales experience of at least 1 year in online sales or telemarketing.
• Confident, clear communicator with good phone presence.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks: typing, emails, paperwork.
• Motivated by hitting targets and incentives.
• Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; other dialects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads by calling interested clients.
• Understand client needs and match with products.
• Handle quotes and send professional price quotations.
• Process orders and update internal sales database.
• Hit monthly team targets with senior sales guidance.
