Jora Malaysia is seeking a Junior Indoor Sales Assistant with at least 1 year of sales experience for an office-based position in Malaysia. You will manage leads, prepare quotes, process orders, and close deals right from the office, with no door-to-door selling.

The role emphasizes following up leads, understanding client needs, and delivering timely quotations. You will work to hit monthly targets and communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional dialects a plus.

Qualifications

• Sales experience of at least 1 year (online sales or telemarketing welcomed).
• Confident, clear communicator who talks well to customers.
• Comfortable typing, checking emails, and handling system paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Follow up leads: call interested clients and uncover opportunities.
• Understand clients: chat to match needs with products.
• Handle quotes: calculate costs and send quick price quotations.
• Process orders: key in orders and update the sales database.
• Hit targets: work with senior leaders to smash monthly team goals.
