Job summary

Green Cotton Sdn Bhd in Malaysia invites aspiring graphic designers to join our team as a trainee or junior designer. You will work on marketing visuals for social media, website banners, emails, and print ads, collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into visual concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to take feedback.
• Proactive, eager to learn, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with current design trends and digital media is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• UI/UX design knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visuals for social media, websites, emails and print ads.
• Develop visual assets that align with Green Cotton Sdn Bhd's brand identity across platforms.
• Assist in creating product mockups and presentation materials.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual designs for target audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance outputs.
• Participate in brainstorming to improve campaign aesthetics and engagement.
• Manage and organize design assets with proper naming and version control.
