Job summary

Green Cotton Sdn Bhd invites ambitious design students or recent graduates in Malaysia to join our design team. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visuals for social media, banners, emails, and print ads, while aligning with our brand identity.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, aesthetic sense, and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
• Familiarity with current design trends and digital media is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for social media, website banners, emails, and print ads.
• Develop creative concepts and visual assets that align with Green Cotton Sdn Bhd's brand identity and marketing objectives, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Assist in creating product mockups, presentation materials, and other visual aids to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Translate marketing briefs and requirements into compelling visual designs for target audiences.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance output quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to improve campaign aesthetics and user engagement.
• Manage and organize design assets with proper file naming and version control for future use.
