Job summary

Felement in Malaysia is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to create visuals for digital and print campaigns, social media, packaging, and events. You will translate business goals into clear, on-brand visuals that captivate audiences and support marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in graphic design, 1–4 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva or InDesign is a plus).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design; strong fresh graduates with a good portfolio are welcome.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; Canva or InDesign is an advantage.
• Good sense of layout, typography, colour, composition, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to create designs that are not only aesthetic, but also clear and effective for marketing communication.
• Comfortable using or learning AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or other creative tools for idea generation and design support.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, open to feedback, and able to handle multiple projects within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to contribute to company growth.
• A strong portfolio matters more than years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design visual content for FELEMENT’s digital and print platforms — including social media, campaigns, events, packaging, brochures, banners, presentations, and sales materials.
• Turn business goals and marketing ideas into visuals that are clear, on-brand, attractive, and effective.
• Create assets for social media, campaigns, events, product promotions, and sales materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for online publishing and print production.
• Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to deliver designs on time.
• Adapt designs based on platform formats, campaign needs, and content trends.
• Contribute fresh ideas for campaign visuals and creative improvements.
