The Flexi Group is seeking an AI-savvy graphic designer to join the marketing team. You will handle design requests, craft assets across channels, and ensure on-brand outputs for The Hive, Common Ground, and The Cluster.

With 1+ years of design experience and strong Canva/Adobe skills, you will drive templates, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help scale creative workflows using AI tools in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Degree in graphic design or visual communications or related field.
At least 1+ year of poster, graphic design, or related work.
Ability to create structured, reusable brand templates in Canva/Google Workspace.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for visuals.

Responsibilities

Handle regular design requests across markets and deliver on-brand assets.
Create, format, and adapt digital/print assets for social, email, web, and events.
Maintain brand guidelines, color, typography, and design systems.
Build templates in Canva/Google Workspace for non-designers.
Prepare print-ready and production-ready digital assets.
