Job summary

Lim Tayar is seeking a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer who can blend strong visual storytelling with AI-powered workflows to support marketing across digital and offline channels. You will design campaigns, adapt visuals for social, web, and print, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with vendors and teams.

The role requires independence, high-quality work, and comfort with generative AI to accelerate ideation and production in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Advertising or related.
• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva or equivalents.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI or AI-assisted tools.
• Solid understanding of digital and print design requirements.
• Good typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Attention to detail and willingness to adopt new AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Creative & Campaign Design: develop concepts and artwork for campaigns and events.
• Digital, Social Media & Advertising: create visuals for social platforms and ads.
• Website & E-Commerce: design banners and product visuals for online stores.
• POSM, Branch & Offline Marketing: design posters, flyers, signage and collateral.
• AI-Enabled Creative Production: use AI tools for ideation and production.
• Creative Productivity & Collaboration: manage multiple requests and maintain brand consistency.
