Job summary

Mega Signcraft Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a graphic designer to join our signage team. Junior to mid level designers will work on creating compelling signage visuals and layouts for printing. You will interpret client briefs, collaborate with production, and ensure designs meet brand guidelines and technical specs.

Onsite at Ulu Tiram, Johor, with opportunities to learn new materials and techniques. Candidates with 1–2 years experience and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on graphic design experience, specifically signage design.
• Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
• Knowledge of signage materials (acrylic, aluminum) and printing processes.
• Ability to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into signage designs.
• Understanding of different signage materials, production processes, and installation considerations.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite at our Ulu Tiram, Johor location.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in creating signage designs for various clients and projects.
• Prepare design layouts and mock-ups using graphic design software based on client briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure design feasibility, material selection, and accurate execution of signage projects.
• Revise and amend designs based on client and internal feedback to meet specifications.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies in signage design and production.
