Job summary

Bebiri Hostel Empire (M) Sdn Bhd invites a multimedia designer to join our creative team in Johor. You will conceptualize and produce visuals for social media, websites, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact storytelling.

You will collaborate with marketing to translate objectives into engaging content, create videos, animations, and graphics, and stay ahead of design trends while delivering polished work on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or a strong portfolio in multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design engaging multimedia content for social media, website, and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
• Produce high-quality video, animation, and motion graphics from storyboarding to final rendering.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials including brochures and presentations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve output.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines across assets.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet project requirements.
• Work with content creators to ensure visuals complement content.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve design output and introduce innovative ideas.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all visual assets adhere to established standards.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos to enhance visual appeal and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Work closely with content creators and copywriters to ensure visual elements effectively complement written or spoken content.
