Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to design posters, social media graphics, banners and marketing materials for property projects and campaigns.

The role requires a Diploma in Graphic Design or related field; familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut; strong sense of layout, colour and typography; English and Bahasa Malaysia communication; willingness to travel between offices and sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Graphic Design or related field required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years related experience is a plus, or strong video editing/graphic design skills.
• Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or similar design/editing apps.
• Strong understanding of layout, colour, typography and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Design posters, social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assist in preparing creative content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, company website and other digital platforms.
• Support production and editing of short videos, reels, photos and promotional content.
• Assist with photography, videography and content shooting for property projects, events and campaigns.
• Resize and adapt approved artwork for social media, ads, printing and digital displays.
• Support marketing campaigns, property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, events and branding activities.
• Assist in preparing captions, promotional messages and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, printers, vendors and agencies on artwork requirements.
• Ensure all artwork aligns with branding and is visually appealing.
• Keep filing of assets and updates on design trends.

• Keep updated with current design, social media and content trends, and contribute creative ideas for marketing materials and campaigns.

• Maintain proper filing of artwork, editable files, photographs, videos and other digital assets.

• Provide general marketing and administrative support when required.
