Job summary

Mega Signcraft Sdn Bhd in Malaysia's Johor region is hiring a junior to mid-level signage designer to craft compelling signage visuals for diverse clients. The role requires hands-on design using Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW, with a focus on translating client briefs into print-ready artwork.

Onsite work at Ulu Tiram is required. You will collaborate with senior designers and production teams, learn new materials like acrylic, aluminum, and LED signage, and help ensure designs meet

Qualifications

• Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in graphic design or signage design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW to create signage visuals.
• Able to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into effective signage designs.
• Knowledge of signage materials (acrylic, aluminum, LED, UV print) is a plus.
• Must work onsite at Ulu Tiram, Johor.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) to create compelling signage visuals and able to create artworks for printing.

Ability to interpret client briefs and translate concepts into effective and visually appealing signage designs, adhering to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Understanding of different signage materials, production processes, and installation considerations.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, , to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.

Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends, software, and production techniques relevant to the signage industry.
