Job summary

Netmedias Leashares Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to support daily accounting and finance operations, including bookkeeping, recording transactions, and maintaining a full set of accounts.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience, with responsibilities spanning Xero bookkeeping, AR/AP, reporting, audit and tax support, and cash-flow monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and maintain up-to-date records using Xero.
• Handle full set of accounts: AR, AP, GL and invoicing.
• Prepare financial reports and support audit/tax processes.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with settlement reporting and invoicing.
