Job summary

1 Doc Resources Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a technically capable entrant for an on-site maintenance role in electrical, mechanical or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided to handle routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and outlet support.

You will perform inspections on appliances and beauty equipment, assist with installation and setup, and maintain records while complying with safety procedures. Travel to outlets is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to travel for on-site maintenance and outlet support.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on appliances and beauty equipment.
• Troubleshoot and carry out basic repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Assist with equipment installation, testing, and setup at outlets.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond to service requests promptly.
• Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Support other technical and maintenance duties as assigned.
