Job summary

Biocon Sdn Bhd invites applications for the role of Junior Executive / Executive, Warehouse Operations open to fresh graduates. The role focuses on warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, dispensing, and inventory control within a GMP-regulated facility.

You will verify documents (GRN, invoices, delivery orders, SAP transactions), maintain SAP/WMS stock accuracy, and generate operational records compliant with GMP/GDP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations including material receiving, storage, issuing, dispensing, and inventory control.
• Verify incoming materials and documentation (GRN, invoices, delivery orders, SAP transactions).
• Maintain inventory accuracy between SAP/WMS and physical stock through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Generate and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation in compliance with GMP, GDP, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Support material planning, stock monitoring, and inventory optimization to ensure availability of critical materials.
• Handle warehouse discrepancies, investigations, and corrective actions in a timely manner.
• Execute and support Change Controls, CAPA, Events, Risk Assessments, and other quality system activities.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and document management to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, training programs, and cross-functional projects.
