KPJ Healthcare Berhad in Ipoh invites applications for an IT Services role focusing on providing high-quality IT support aligned with our vision and objectives. The successful candidate will work under the Head of IT Services, participate in service meetings, and ensure robust IT operations across the hospital.

You will conduct server rounds, assist with new projects, preventive maintenance, procurement, and security, and supervise IT staff in daily operations to uphold IT Services standards and

• Understand and carry out IT support in line with the hospital's vision, mission, philosophy, goals and objectives, within the scope of IT Services.
• Understand the service organizational structure.
• Attend service meetings to discuss issues and matters relating to service operations.
• Receive calls from staff and provide IT support as assigned by the Head of IT Services.
• Conduct regular rounds of the server farm.
• Assist the Head of IT Services with backup, troubleshooting, implementation of new projects, management of master files, preventive maintenance, procurement and security.
• Supervise IT staff in the daily operation of IT Services.
• Inform the Head of IT Services when circumstances change in a way that may affect IT Services standards.
