Jora Malaysia is seeking a energetic and hands-on Junior Marketing Executive to support terminal-related campaigns, events, activations and promotions. The role focuses on event preparation, logistics, stakeholder coordination and on-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute terminal marketing campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows and exhibitions.
• Coordinate event setup including booths, banners, backdrops, displays and promotional materials.
• Liaise with vendors, tenants and internal departments for event execution.
• Coordinate on-site manpower, visitor flow and operational readiness during activities.
• Support event permit, insurance and safety coordination with relevant departments.
• Coordinate photography, video and content capture during events and activities.
• Support tenant participation in terminal campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with campaign monitoring and post-event reporting.
• Provide execution support to the Senior Marketing Executive for major marketing activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
