Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic Event Project Executive with strong organizational and creative abilities. You will manage client relations, coordinate with design and project teams, and ensure successful event execution while meeting sales targets.

This role requires 1–2 years in events or related fields, supervisory experience preferred, weekend availability for events, and willingness to travel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with MS Office proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales and project experience in events, exhibition or construction.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience with proven leadership.
• Availability to work weekends for events.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fresh graduates with a passion for events management are welcome.
• Own transport and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Establish contact with potential clients to close sales contracts and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with client, design and project teams, subcontractors and prepare documents for smooth operation and payments.
• Manage pre-show planning, datelines and site inspections of works in progress.
• Ensure event targets and sales targets are met.
• Negotiate with suppliers and obtain approvals from superiors on pricing.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and respond to critical issues promptly.
