Black Dots Marketing is seeking an Events Executive to support planning, coordination and execution of product demonstration roadshows and other marketing events. The role is hands-on, fast-paced and requires on-site presence during events, with occasional weekends or holidays.
Ideal candidates hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management or related fields, with 1–2 years of experience in events or marketing; fresh graduates are welcome.

The Events Executive will support the Marketing team in planning, coordinating and executing product demonstration roadshows as well as other company marketing events and activation. This role is highly hands‑on and requires someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable coordinating with different parties. The ideal candidate should enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and be willing to be on‑site during roadshows and events, including occasional weekends or public holidays when required.
Key responsibilities
Plan and coordinate roadshows from preparation through completion
Maintain the roadshow calendar, timelines and event schedules
Prepare event checklists, briefs and operational plans
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure products, equipment and marketing materials are ready
Follow up with relevant parties to ensure all requirements are completed on time
Coordinate event setup, dismantling and venue handover
Ensure booths, displays, products and equipment are ready before the roadshow begins
Attend assigned roadshows and support smooth on‑site operations
Coordinate transportation and delivery of products, equipment and event materials
Assist in preparing and tracking roadshow budgets and expenses
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration or a related field
1–2 years of experience in events, roadshows, marketing or a related field is preferred
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or event experience are welcome
Good organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and follow‑up
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Possess a valid driving licence and be comfortable driving for work‑related travel
Willing to travel locally and outstation for roadshows, including occasional overnight stays when required
