Job summary

Accenture PLC in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Junior Digital Banking Developer with 3 years of experience in frontend and backend development. The candidate will support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital banking applications using technologies such as J2EE, JSP, React JS, JavaScript, CSS, Spring, and Oracle Database.

The role involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and user‑friendly retail banking solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in digital banking or enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, JSP, React JS, Spring, and Oracle DB.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Agile and DevOps practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for digital banking applications.
• Support web application development using J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, React JS, CSS, XML, and SQL.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining content management and portal solutions using AEM, WebLogic Portal, and TeamSite (LSCS/LSDS).
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring, Spring Boot, Apache Camel, CXF, and Spring Batch.
• Work with Oracle Database and SQL to support data retrieval, updates, and application integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, senior developers, and other stakeholders to deliver requirements.
• Follow Agile development practices, DevOps processes, version control standards, and established coding guidelines.
