Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia seeks an experienced software developer to design end-to-end solutions for digital banking. You will collaborate with domain leads and participate in sprint planning to deliver robust microservices.

The role requires a strong background in retail banking tech, from cards to online/mobile banking, and hands-on full-stack work with React, Java, Spring Boot. You will document designs and analyze system dependencies to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking tech, cards, ATM, and online/mobile banking domains.
• Proficient in end-to-end solution design and technical documentation.
• Experience in development, preferably full stack with React, Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements and convert requirements to design documents
• Evaluate and analyse existing interactions and processes to identify potential downstream impacts
• Create technical documents for the end to end solution design with accurate details and clear indication of system dependencies
• Participate in Sprint Planning activities and conduct Defect Triage
• Work with developers to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing
• Execute continuous service improvement and process improvement plans
