Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering
• Strong interest in data center operations, facilities, or critical engineering systems
• Basic understanding of engineering principles (MEP preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and basic operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within the data center
• Support routine checks of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and security systems to ensure normal operation
• Learn and follow established safety policies, procedures, and best practices under supervision
• Support shift teams with daily operational activities and handover documentation
• Help collect maintenance data, log issues, and track work orders
• Assist in evaluating facility systems and operational performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
