Job summary

Ghim Li is seeking a diligent ERP Data Analyst to support implementation projects and ongoing system maintenance in our Johor/Kulai operations. You will collect and validate data from multiple departments, perform cleansing and migration tasks, and build reports and dashboards based on business requirements.

The role involves assisting with UAT, troubleshooting, and coordinating with users and vendors to address ERP issues and potential enhancements. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, data analytics or BIS.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic ERP knowledge and business process understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and reporting tools.
• Knowledge in Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP implementation projects and daily system support.
• Collect, analyze, and verify data from different departments.
• Perform data cleansing, data migration, and data validation for ERP systems.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis based on business requirements.
• Support UAT and system troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with users and vendors regarding ERP issues and enhancements.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end users when required.
• Assist in SQL queries, database checking, and report generation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for business processes.
