Zusammenfassung

OCK Group of Companies is seeking a Data Management Executive to support project data management activities in Selangor, Malaysia. You will maintain, organize and validate project databases, perform data entry and cleaning, and prepare basic summaries and reports to ensure data quality and compliance with requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in IT/CS/Data Analytics, possess a data science certification, and have solid Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Possess at least one relevant professional data science certification accepted under the project tender requirements, such as CDS or SAS Data Science Certification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data processing and database management.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited relevant working experience may apply.

To support the project's data management activities and ensure that project data is properly maintained, organised, validated and documented in accordance with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

Maintain, organise and update project databases, records and datasets.

Perform basic data entry, data cleaning, validation and quality checks.

Prepare basic data summaries, reports and documentation.

Assist in data compilation, processing and management activities required by the project.

Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

Perform other data management duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

About you
