Responsibilities

• Perform daily mise en place including chopping, peeling, weighing, and measuring ingredients following exact recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and stoves to cook and plate dishes during busy service hours.
• Check food stock, label and date items, and use FIFO to reduce waste.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment according to food safety and hygiene rules.
• Support other kitchen staff and lead the station if senior chefs are absent.
