Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients according to recipes.
• Set up the main kitchen workstation and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Accurately measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie.
• Plate and present meals as instructed by the Chef de Partie.
• Keep fridges clean and well stocked at all times.
• P repare daily specials from the butchery and assist with stock checks.
