Job summary

Endeavour Land in Malaysia is seeking a Graduate Architect (Part II) to support design, coordination, documentation, and execution of building projects from concept to completion under the Head of D&D.

Fresh graduates gain practical architectural experience and learn Malaysian regulations while collaborating with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams on high-end residential townhouses, luxury villas, and a private hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with LAM Part II.
• Fresh graduate with internship, training or project experience.
• Experience or exposure to high-rise residential, hospitals or luxury resorts is a bonus.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D modelling; BIM and rendering experience are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Understanding of local authority submission processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update architectural drawings, schedules and technical documentation under guidance.
• Assist with constructability and compliance with Malaysian standards (UBBL, MS, fire safety).
• Coordinate information with consultants and sub-contractors; support project leads.
• Attend site inspections and monitor quality against approved drawings.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
