Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or SSC is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Validate and post 3rd party vendor invoices, Interco invoices and employee claims into SAP within SLA.
• Process other AP related transactions as required.
• Create new non-PO vendor creation/extension via MDM workflow.
• Maintain 3rd party vendor master data in MDM workflow.
• Handle internal mailbox queries from stakeholders and respond timely.
