Upscale in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented accounts professional to join our finance team. The role handles the full set of accounts, cash flow projections, and management reporting to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate holds an Accountancy degree or professional qualifications, with fresh graduates welcome. Strong English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are required, and immediate joiner is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or professional accountancy qualifications.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Immediate joiner or 1 month notice period.
• Preference for Chinese female.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, cash flow projection, and management reporting.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
• Handle daily collections, treasury, and banking activities.
• Manage petty cash and process employee claims.
• Monitor inventory, sales orders, purchasing and budget control.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
