Job summary

OUS Group invites a detail-oriented Senior/Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting operations in Kuala Lumpur. The role suits candidates with relevant experience or fresh graduates eager to grow in accounting, handling full sets of accounts and monthly reports.

You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, verify documents, and coordinate with auditors and tax agents. Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL is preferred, and Chinese reading/writing is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Read/write Chinese required for the role.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with full sets of accounts and monthly reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting functions and transactions.
• Assist in handling full sets of accounts and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow.
• Verify POs, DOs, invoices and supporting documents before recording.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents on audits and tax matters.
• Ad-hoc accounting and business operation tasks as assigned.
