Job summary

YWC holdings in Kulai, Johor is seeking a Junior Account Assistant to join our finance team and manage daily accounting operations on-site. You will handle invoicing, vouchers and receipts while maintaining accurate records and assisting month-end closings.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus. The role offers a friendly working environment with statutory submissions and compliance support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years relevant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers and receipts.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist with audit, tax, SST and statutory submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Perform other adhoc admin and accounting tasks.
