Job summary

ANZ Home Furniture in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level accounting assistant to support daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and record keeping. Fresh graduates or those with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required; familiarity with AutoCount Accounting System is a plus. You should be able to work independently and take responsibility for your work, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant accounting experience are welcome.
• Experience with AutoCount Accounting System is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and maintaining accounting records.
• Assist in preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Account reconciliation and other general accounting duties.
• Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed and updated.
