Job summary

Yk International Network Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting Executive to support the finance team with daily tasks including processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements. You will enter transactions, reconcile discrepancies, and assist with audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.

The role requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and hands-on experience with Excel and Autocount. Mandarin language ability is an advantage for this position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiarity with finance regulations.
• Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Autocount, SQL).
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Accounting Executive to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team. Accounting Executive responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
