Job summary

CSYAP Group is seeking a Jig & Fixture Engineer to design, develop, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling that support welding, fabrication, and assembly processes.

This role ensures fixtures improve accuracy, repeatability, safety and efficiency while aligning with product design requirements and manufacturing capabilities. You will collaborate closely with Welding, Fabrication and Production teams to enable high‑quality, cost‑effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in jig, fixture and tooling design within fabrication industry.
• Familiarity with welding fixtures, machining fixtures, and assembly jigs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with GD&T, AutoCAD and SolidWorks
