Job summary

CS Yap Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Jig & Fixture Engineer to design, develop, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling for welding, fabrication, and assembly. You will ensure fixtures enhance accuracy, repeatability, safety, and efficiency while meeting product design requirements.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 3–5 years of related experience, and strong English, Malay, and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in technical English; ability to communicate in Malay and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate jigs, fixtures, and tooling for welding, fabrication, and assembly.
• Ensure fixtures improve accuracy, repeatability, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Welding, Fabrication, and Production teams to enable cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

The Jig & Fixture Engineer collaborates closely with Welding, Fabrication, and Production teams to enable high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
