Job summary
Nexigold Jewellery Sdn Bhd is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team in Malaysia. Branches in Kota Damansara and Bandar Baru Bangi. You will provide professional customer service, present products, and assist customers in selecting gold jewellery while aiming to meet sales targets.
The role offers opportunities for commission, attendance rewards, and career development within a trusted brand. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with training provided.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and candidates without relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills, customer service skills and teamwork abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to sales training.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work according to the store’s operational arrangements.
- Candidates with experience in the gold jewellery sales industry will have an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, including product presentations and sales assistance.
- Understand customers’ needs and assist them in selecting suitable gold jewellery products.
- Promote products actively and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure proper product displays, store cleanliness and smooth daily store operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
- Assist with daily sales activities and other related duties as assigned.
