Job summary

Ingenique Solutions is seeking an experienced Java developer to build scalable, multi-tier web applications that support regulatory compliance and AI-enabled initiatives. You will collaborate across projects to design, test, and document features that drive growth and innovation.

The role requires 3+ years in software development with Java, Hibernate, Spring, and Spring Boot, plus AWS and MySQL experience. Reading Chinese is a plus, and candidates must be based in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in software development.
• Proficient in Java, Hibernate, Spring and Spring Boot.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform (ECS, RDS).
• RDMS knowledge with MySQL preferred.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Experience in CI/CD and an agile environment.
• Reading Chinese is preferred for multi-language application development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, multi-tier web applications to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to transforming the company into an AI-enabled organization.
• Provide technical support and contribute across the project lifecycle.
• Design, build, test, and optimize database structures for performance.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and development plans.
• Perform unit and integration testing and ensure reliable software delivery.
• Execute data conversion and migration with thorough documentation.
