Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Java application development, maintenance, or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Oracle Database 12c/19c and SQL troubleshooting.
• Unix/Linux experience and command-line proficiency.
• Familiarity with incident management and production support processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 maintenance and production support for payment applications.
• Monitor performance and respond to production incidents within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues with senior engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support deployments, releases, and post-deployment validation.
• Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications and documentation.
